We did something we never do. We renovated our kitchen in Florida while staying in NY. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful thanks to the great effort of our new friend Michael Loukas. We interviewed several kitchen and bath companies and selected Meltini because of our time with Michael. He is honest, patient and straightforward. He also was very helpful with our design choices because he has great taste. Throughout the construction he kept us up to date with the progress and met his time line that we agreed to. We can’t say enough about Meltini Kitchen and Bath. Even the people in the showroom, for example Tommy, always answered my calls and were so helpful and friendly. Overall our experience was not a 5, it was a 10!

We hired Meltini kitchen and bath to handle the complete remodel of our condo, and we couldn’t give them higher praise! The detailed craftsmanship and professionalism was beyond our expectations. Their communication was exceptional as we were not on site during the project and our neighbors even complemented them as they were never inconvenienced. In the end, they met our budget while exceeding our expectations.

Michael was an absolute pleasure to work with, attentively listening to our needs and incorporating our feedback into the design. He managed to stay within our budget while creating two stunning bathrooms that we adore. Excellent experience working with Michael and the Meltini contractor crew. All were professional, efficient, and the work was outstanding. The showroom consultation is extremely helpful in choosing design, colors, etc…but it’s the home visit and detailed measurements by Michael that assure that the remodel will exceed expectations. Photo attached, and very happy with the results. Minimal punch list items were needed, but those that arose were taken care of immediately. The price was reasonable, and the price is the price, without change orders or up charges. I’m eager to work with Meltini again on another project!

This review is long overdue, and I want to express gratitude to Meltini Kitchen and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great and reliable kitchen and bath company.Meltini redesigned and renovated my kitchen and added a brand new bathroom. It was a pleasure to work with the owner, Michael. From the initial meeting and throughout the entire renovation, he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a customer. Michael was not only my contractor/builder, but he also had on point suggestions regarding finishes and appliances. It saved me a lot of money as I did not have to use the interior designer for this part of my house renovation. Michael has a great taste, and he provided several options at different price points. He helped me to create a high end look for less.I do have to mention one thing that I initially was uncomfortable with, but in the end, it did not impact the construction process at all. As a matter of internal company policy, Michael does not give out his cell phone number or any of his workers’s cell phone numbers. They explained that the reason for such policy was that they had a large number of customers, and it could create a lot of disruption for the workflow. At the beginning of the renovation, I was concerned about being able to get in touch with Michael or his supervisor in case of emergency without having anyone’s cell phone number. My concern turned out not to be an issue at all as Michael was always very responsive to my emails and calls to the office.Moreover, Michael also very promptly responded to my request to help fix a chip on one of the kitchen cabinets which was several months after the construction was completed. He came to my house and personally repaired the chip, which took him a couple of days to do properly. This gets a five-star customer service rating in my book.In sum, Michael did a wonderful job redesigning my kitchen and adding a new full bathroom. He created a space that is functional as well as beautiful, and I get a lot of compliments on my kitchen from anyone who visits my house. I highly recommend Meltini Kitchen and Bath.

We hired Meltini Kitchen & Bath to do our kitchen remodel in 2023 and were very pleased with the results! Michael and his team were professional and gave excellent design guidance. They were also reasonably priced but also provided the quality we were seeking in the finishes and materials. I would absolutely recommend them as a contractor for friends who needed their services. They were great to work with.
Meltini Kitchen and Bath Designs are absolutely the best! They just completed a kitchen remodel for us and to say the end result exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Every aspect of the project was handled professionally, impeccably and most importantly to us with an open and continuous flow of communication. Since we were rarely onsite to watch the progress we had to rely on Michael, Tommy and the team for updates and the identification and resolution of any issues or needed changes. To Meltini’s credit we never once felt uncomfortable or nervous about anything. With all that being said I would highly recommend Meltini! Thank you Michael and Tommy! MELTINI Kitchen & Bath Design remodeled my Kitchen and utility room 6 years ago. I am thrilled with the quality of the work. My kitchen is beautiful and functional.The best part of MELTINI is that they continue to support me. Recently my refrigerator died and I had to replace it. During CoVID it is difficult to find appliances, especially counter depth refrigerators. My new refrigerator fit in the space but was too short. MELTINI replaced the molding around the refrigerator after 6 years. Their installer had left extra wood trim in my garage for this purpose. Kudos to MELTINI.
We had an aging wood floor in our home that was there for almost 15 years. We were a bit tired of it since it needed a refresh. We looked at options to re-do the finish and decided against it due to the amount of dust this would cause. In the end, we went the luxury vinyl route. This would be the least disruptive. We were sold on the fact that it could just go over our existing floor. The folks at Meltini did a great job. We consulted with them at their showroom and told them our plans. They made an appointment to measure and were on time and professional. Back at the showroom, they were able to make proper recommendations with respect to quality materials and colors. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, they were patient with my wife and provided us samples to take home. That made all the difference in the world. The samples ended up looking very different in our house. They listened intently and took our feedback to heart. They then provided us with 2 more options. based on our reactions to the original set. We ended up going with one of those for our floor. Even before we made the decision, Meltini sent us a couple of more planks of the same sample so that we could see a larger surface area before we made the final decision. The final result was amazing. This transformed our home. We followed the recommendations to replace the baseboard moldings and all our kitchen toe kicks. The entire job was managed by Meltini. They coordinated the job and we were very impressed that we stayed on budget. Take a look at the photos! We feel like we moved into a new house. I would highly recommend this company and their people.
Great Design + Excellent Workmanship + Nice People = Satisfied Customers!!!Meltini K&B-Ft. Lauderdale remodeled two bathrooms for us. One part involved a total renovation of the master bath, including removal of existing marble floors and walls. The other was an update, replacing the vanity, toilet and sink and removing the wallpaper. Michael developed a great design, making both bathrooms very distinctive. The installation went very smoothly; the work was of high quality and the tradespeople were very neat. At the end, there was a small punch-list that was resolved immediately. And, Anna, Michael's assistant, did a great job co-ordinating the work and quickly answered our questions. All in all, were are very pleased with the project. We would use Meltini-Ft. Lauderdale again, and have recommended them to our friends.
