We had an aging wood floor in our home that was there for almost 15 years. We were a bit tired of it since it needed a refresh. We looked at options to re-do the finish and decided against it due to the amount of dust this would cause. In the end, we went the luxury vinyl route. This would be the least disruptive. We were sold on the fact that it could just go over our existing floor. The folks at Meltini did a great job. We consulted with them at their showroom and told them our plans. They made an appointment to measure and were on time and professional. Back at the showroom, they were able to make proper recommendations with respect to quality materials and colors. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, they were patient with my wife and provided us samples to take home. That made all the difference in the world. The samples ended up looking very different in our house. They listened intently and took our feedback to heart. They then provided us with 2 more options. based on our reactions to the original set. We ended up going with one of those for our floor. Even before we made the decision, Meltini sent us a couple of more planks of the same sample so that we could see a larger surface area before we made the final decision. The final result was amazing. This transformed our home. We followed the recommendations to replace the baseboard moldings and all our kitchen toe kicks. The entire job was managed by Meltini. They coordinated the job and we were very impressed that we stayed on budget. Take a look at the photos! We feel like we moved into a new house. After buying a home that was vacant for years, I was introduced to Michael Loukas (owner) and Tommy Jones at Meltini Kitchen & Bath. There was so much work that needed to be done. Both Michael and Tommy took on the challenge. From that point on, they took full responsibility and took the burden off of me. They did a complete remodel and designed a beautiful kitchen, replaced all the floors, painted the entire inside of the house along with new trim, replaced all the interior and exterior doors and refurbished the inside of all my closets. The job was meticulously done! Every detail was done to perfection. No matter what situation would arise, Michael would always say, “don’t worry, I will take care of it!” And, that is exactly what he would do! He took care of everything and it was always done to perfection! It was a pleasure to work with both Michael and Tommy! I had been planning to update my kitchen for two years. I had seen Meltini Kitchens and Baths every Thursday night when I went to work at Weight Watchers on North Federal Highway here in Fort Lauderdale. and passed their store. Then the time came for transformation.

I met Jorge Chiclana when I walked in finally hoping that this would be the final contractor that I needed to interview. We hit it off. I think that he couldn't believe what I wanted to do. (I didn't think he would). But guess what...reality was about to take place

He understood what I wanted. Their signs on the doors state that they will create a final product to fit any budget. They did. I had my own foreman who had his teams of workers who actually showed up on time.

I have remodeled with Michael and Meltini for almost a decade. Very professional, extreme attention to detail and gives great design advise while also paying attention to your own taste. Extremely attentive to every part of a remodel no matter how big or small. One of the best qualities of Meltini is that once a customer, always a customer and will come address any issue years later. Never an issue with install or the quality, but I scratched up my wood cabinets and he came to help touch them up. They take great pride in their work. So thoughtful and caring! Just purchased a new home and I would have no else but them because I trust their design, quality and integrity! Can’t wait for the new project to begin! I will post pics when all is done! Definitely use Meltini for all projects big and small!

Great Design + Excellent Workmanship + Nice People = Satisfied Customers!!! Meltini K&B-Ft. Lauderdale remodeled two bathrooms for us. One part involved a total renovation of the master bath, including removal of existing marble floors and walls. The other was an update, replacing the vanity, toilet and sink and removing the wallpaper. Michael developed a great design, making both bathrooms very distinctive. The installation went very smoothly; the work was of high quality and the tradespeople were very neat. At the end, there was a small punch-list that was resolved immediately. And, Anna, Michael's assistant, did a great job co-ordinating the work and quickly answered our questions. All in all, were are very pleased with the project. We would use Meltini-Ft. Lauderdale again, and have recommended them to our friends.
