Consultation

When you first contact MELTINI Kitchen & Bath Designs we will work with you to schedule an in-person consultation with a designer at our showroom so that we can discuss your needs and preferences and define the true scope of the project.
Our designers will help you choose the right items for your remodel by helping you put together the perfect palette of your preference.

The next step will be for your designer to schedule a visit to your home to measure your space. At that time we will discuss your needs for your remodel.

Initial Design & Estimate

Once the perimeters for your project are well defined, we will move on to your initial design plan. If you already have a design or have been working with an architect, let us know and we can be sure to execute your plans to the detail of the project. If not, let MELTINI DESIGNS create an in-house design personalized for you.

Next Steps

The next step is for you to come back to our showroom to see your new design in our computer generated renderings, construction details and drawings, and receive your estimate. This is done with our NO PRESSURE APPROACH.
After you approve you design and estimate, we can work on sorting out the logistics of the project, which includes your contract, deposit and permits

Construction

Here at MELTINI Kitchen & Bath Designs, our people make the difference. Once construction begins, our team of building professionals, remain dedicated towards insuring that your living space stays organized, clean, and safe through the process.
MELTINI DESIGNS will have an on-site project coordinator that will insure the correct details of the project. Our project coordinator will keep you informed on the progress of your project.

Here at MELTINI Kitchen & Bath Designs, we pride ourselves on our flexible scheduling process that allows us to offer hard deadlines and clear cut project time lines and milestones for our customers.
While most contractors choose to provide a rough estimate for how long they believe it will take to complete a project, they don't often stick to these time lines and end up leaving their customers struggling to make ends meet.
For us, we want to be sure that our customers always know exactly what to expect when it comes to their start date, their end date, and all of the important events in between.
Our customers and clients deserve to see the light at the end of the tunnel and know exactly when they will get there.
